This year, due to COVID-19 and our concern for the health of our community, we will be hosting a virtual 5K event!
While we wish we could see you in person, we are counting on each and every one of you to solemnly vow to make this event a TON OF FUN!

Every year we set a new record of participants & with this years location being anywhere and everywhere with friends and family all over the country, we are hoping to see another year of our best participation yet!

So choose your favorite route or explore somewhere new. Bring your close friends and family or get loved ones from far away to join the 5K and motivate each other via live chat. Wear a race shirt from previous years or wow us with your most creative costume.
However you join us, we want to see you in action – snap a selfie, a picture of your four-legged race companion, or the great view on your path and tag us on Facebook or Instagram or email it if old school is more your style! Pictures sent or tagged may be shared on our social media and website.
Registeration for the walk/run is only $10 and all proceeds go to helping people affected by breast cancer who are in need in the High Country of North Carolina. This year’s race shirt is available separately for $20, which includes shipping. Shirts will be ordered after the race and ship in mid November.

Walk your virtual 5K any time during the last week of October, then join us for a brief Facebook Live announcing the close of the event and winners of prizes. To be eligible for a prize, you must share a picture or video with us of your 5K adventure!
